The Corky Garden

Wood cabinets and a white countertop with a stainless steel sink and dishwasher in a kitchen.

When we're preparing a new school, we think about the big things families will notice right away: the classrooms, playgrounds, and welcoming spaces. We also pay close attention to the everyday details working quietly in the background.

At Callahan's at Corky South, one of those details is our reverse osmosis water system.

Reverse osmosis adds another layer of filtration before drinking water reaches the cup. We chose this system so children and staff can have clean, filtered water available throughout the day.

For young children, drinking water is part of a comfortable daily rhythm. They're moving their bodies, exploring outside, sitting down for snacks and meals, and learning through plenty of busy play. Easy access to water helps us care for them through all of it.

It's also one more way we can give families peace of mind. You may never see every pipe, filter, or decision that went into preparing your child's school, but we want you to know that those choices were made with care.

That's what intention looks like to us. It's the learning materials placed within a child's reach, the outdoor spaces ready for messy play, and clean drinking water available when someone needs it. These details may feel small on their own, but together they help a school feel calm, thoughtful, and ready to become a second home.

We're excited to keep sharing the spaces and systems coming together at Callahan's at Corky South. If you'd like to see the school and learn more about our approach, call (938) 234-9641 to schedule a tour by appointment.

Callahan's at Corky South is pending license, and families on our priority interest list will be the first invited to enroll.
