Our Corky village is growing again, with Callahan’s at Corky South and The Corky Lily coming soon.
This is a meaningful moment for all of us, especially here at The Corky Violet. Violet is the original gem that gave root to The Corky Childcare Collective, and it’s where so many of our earliest relationships, traditions, and hopes for this village first took shape.
Many members of our team have been part of the Corky family since those earliest days. They’ve welcomed children during calm morning arrivals, shared everyday discoveries, supported families through long seasons, and watched little ones grow from infancy toward kindergarten. Those relationships remind us that the little moments matter most.
Now, we’re honored to carry that same heart into two new communities.
Meet The Corky Lily The Corky Lily has been thoughtfully created as a warm, beautiful learning environment where children can explore materials, follow their curiosity, and learn alongside one another.
Its approach is inspired by Reggio Emilia and Waldorf philosophies, with open-ended materials and flexible spaces that invite creativity. Mixed-age learning environments give younger children opportunities to watch and learn from their peers, while older children practice empathy, responsibility, and leadership.
We believe children are capable, creative, and full of ideas worth listening to. At Lily, the surroundings are designed to respond to those ideas and make room for wonder.
Meet Callahan’s at Corky South Callahan’s at Corky South is another new branch of our growing village, created with the same care and intention families have come to know across our schools.
From thoughtfully prepared classrooms to inviting outdoor spaces, every detail has been considered with your child and your family in mind. Callahan’s will offer a place where children can build confidence, form meaningful relationships, and experience the joy of being known and loved within their school community.
Its name carries a story we’re proud to preserve, and its opening begins a new chapter for Corky families in South Huntsville.
